Quality Control

Our factory has passed ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification. We implement strict quality control throughout the whole production chain. All raw materials will go through incoming inspection before entering workshop. During mass production, workers carry out regular sampling inspection. Finished goods including diapers, underpads and various hygiene products will be tested for absorption, dryness, leakage and surface softness before packing. Any unqualified products will be separated and rejected. We record every inspection data to trace quality problems, to ensure every batch of goods meets the agreed quality standard for our customers.
